Doctor of Biosynthesis ----- Du Chaohao

Du Chaohao, PhD in Biocytology, Lecturer. Dr. Du's research focuses on the epistatic mechanisms of adaptive developmental phenotypes in representative model insects of Lepidoptera.

He is dedicated to elucidating the molecular regulatory mechanisms of its response to specific environmental factors and adaptive development from the level of chromatin remodeling. He completed 5 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and 1 national invention patent during his master's degree and work at Chinese Institute of Science Genetics and Development.

Since his appointment, Mr. Du has participated in 9 scientific research projects, including 1 project for the introduction of talent, 1 key project of Leshan Science and Technology Bureau, and 1 project of the Department of Education; he has published 4 SCI papers. During his tenure as a lecturer, he has taught basic courses and experimental training in biology such as biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, molecular biology and genetic engineering.
